Position: Technical/Verbal/Aptitude Trainer
• Overview: The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about Technology & Passionate
about teaching. Shall establish themselves as a key contributor in a small, fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 0-6 months
• Location: Chennai
• Compensation: 3 - 4.5 LPA
• Education:
BSc CS /BSc E&CM /MCA – 2023 & 2024 Batch Pass-outs for Technical Trainer
BA /MA English -2023 & 2024 Batch Pass-outs for Verbal Trainer
BSc /MSc Mathematics - 2023 & 2024 Batch Pass-outs for Aptitude Trainer
• Compensation: 3 – 4.5LPA
• Service Agreement: 2 Years (including Internship period)
Eligibility & Skillset
Eligibility: BSc CS/BSc E& CM/BA English/MA English /BSc Mathematics /MSc Mathematics / MCA – 2023 &
2024 Batch Pass-outs with 60% throughout.
Skills Set:
• Passion for Teaching
• Commitment to Learn new technologies
• Strong foundational knowledge in C, C++, Java or Python
• Good Analytical & Logical Skills – Aptitude / Verbal Reasoning
• Good Communication – Oral & Written in English
Career Path & Perks
Career Path:
• Trainee – 6 months: 10000 per month stipend
• Research Associate / Trainer (after 6 months of training): 3 - 4.5 LPA
• Senior Trainer / Senior Research Associate: 4.5 to 9 LPA (applicable for PG)

Job Responsibilities
Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform skill gap analysis among employees/graduates
• Based on TNA, Design and conduct training programs that will prepare employees / graduates for the next
step of their career paths in accordance to SQF & Defined Outcomes
• Work with Experts and Technologist in building POC on emerging technologies
• Assist the HR department on recruitment of trainers
• Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers
• Make other training schedules
• Build quarterly and annual training calendar
• Track employee/graduate success and progress
• Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing team
