Basic Responsibilities :
• Work full-time as a teacher in the assigned low income or government school.
• Design and execute strategies that will drive holistic learning outcomes in their
classrooms.
• Work closely and foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including
Students, School Staff, Parents of the Students, Community members, and others
involved in the ecosystem.
• Hold the lens of reflection, empathy, and excellence in every work.
• Contribute to the learning and development of the co-Fellows, peers, and the larger
movement through sessions and training spaces.
• Reflect and course correct, wherever necessary, through the Leadership Development
Journey.
Eligibility
• Minimum UG degree
• Age is not a limitation.
• This must be the first application to the 2025 cohort of the Teach For India Fellowship.
• Indian citizenship or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) is mandatory.
• No prior teaching experience is required (Teach For India provides rigorous training to
all Fellows to set them up for success in their classrooms.)
